The price depends on what your company needs. Day-to-day accounting is billed according to actual time spent, payroll has a price per employee and pay run, and more demanding advisory and analytical work has a separate hourly rate.
Payroll
24 €/ employee / pay run
The price includes payroll calculation, payslip preparation, holiday pay and holiday compensation, sick pay calculations and reporting payroll data to the Finnish Incomes Register.
Other payroll-related work, such as Kela applications, separate calculations and explanations, additional information requested by authorities, and corrections required because of incomplete or incorrect source data, is charged separately.
Year-end closing and income tax return
85 €/h
Preparation of annual financial statements, preparation and filing of the company income tax return, related explanations and cooperation with the auditor.
Advisory and more demanding analysis
85 €/h
Tax questions, interpretation of collective agreements and related calculations, pay and working-time questions, employer obligations, and more demanding payroll, tax and accounting analysis and explanations.
New client onboarding
65 €/h
At the start of cooperation, I review the company’s starting position, necessary materials and access rights and carry out the required onboarding steps.
If earlier accounting contains errors, missing information or transactions that require investigation, the review and corrections are agreed separately and billed according to actual time spent.
Company formation and administrative services in Finland
75 €/h
Company formation, registrations and change notifications, matters related to Vastuu Group / Luotettava Kumppani, Suomi.fi authorisations and access rights, and other administrative services.

The price also depends on how the work is organised.
Well-organised documents submitted on time mean less work and therefore a lower invoice.
If the client does not have accounting software, the software fee is charged separately according to the selected system and service package. Software costs are agreed before cooperation begins.
Services and work not listed in the price list are agreed separately. All prices are stated excluding VAT.
